Several hotel rooftop bars are open to non-guests for the price of a drink, typically from aperitivo hour onward. The area around Via Veneto and the Esquilino have the most accessible hotel terraces; the best views tend to be from properties near the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, where every rooftop looks out over the historic center.
Practical notes
